Our Team

Suzi Moates-General Manager and Sales
Suzi is Noah’s primary salesperson and manager. Her duties include managing regional account sales, oversight of project planning, and reporting to the owner. She has a background in banking, insurance sales, real estate, and floral design. She currently attends Canyon View Christian Fellowship with her husband, David Moates.

Melani Moates-Administration and Marketing
Melani has been with Noah’s Protective Structures since its inception. She handles all of the day to day administration duties, which includes bookkeeping, and managing the relationships Noah’s and our financial institutions. Since graduating from Cal State San Marcos in 2007 with a degree in management and marketing she has been leading the marketing operations at Noah’s as well.

Rick Schwitzsky-Lead Installer
Prior to working for Noah’s Protective Structures, Rick worked for 10 years at Galvanized Portable Structures. Rick signed on the Noah’s team after Noah’s purchased GPS in 2004. He has been a vital part of our success ever since. His primary duties are to lead the install team year round, and be a liaison between the installation crew and Noah’s management.

John Beverlin-Installer
Prior to working for Noah’s Protective Structures, John worked for 10 years at Galvanized Portable Structures. After Noah’s purchased GPS, John signed on and has been a vital part of our success. His many duties include managing the warehouse, fielding calls from DIY’s, installing on Rick Schwitzsky’s team, and creating new ideas for buildings.
